Hi Chris, I was David Mansfields girlfriend during the Rolling Thunder Revue, Jennifer Yaffee. Had the pleasure of traveling with you on those tours. I hope you remember me. I even worked for you and Tina at Brains Unlimited. Those were wonderful days, I must say. I asked to be your friend on FB. Hope you say ‘yes’!

This book is just the doctor ordered! I am looking forward to reading it -what a nice surprise to hear you’re in hypnotherapy, as well. Good luck, my Tucson neighbor (I’m moving there in Summer 2010).

Just ordered your book. Sounds great! Say “hi” to Susan Warren in Tucson. She’s a therapist, too. I’ll be visiting late Nov./early Dec.

Okay, you said you’d be answering some questions here, so it looks like I might be the first to ask one. My question is…. apart from events or encounters detailed in your book (cause I finished it last night!), what is your favorite Paul story? And why, why, why didn’t you attempt a close encounter with him? Of course, if you had, I probably wouldn’t think of you as fondly as I do now.

I’m not sure how this site operates. I attempted to register about 8 hours ago. It said my password would be sent to my E-mail. None has arrived. I entered the above post without logging in. Help! I’m a computer idiot!

Fantastic book. I thought all the inside Beatles tales had been told (except for Jane Asher’s, and that’ll never happen), so your book was a wonderful surprise. Linda McCartney is the only other woman I’m aware of to sleep with both a Rolling Stone and a Beatle. I wonder how big or small that “club” is!

hey chris…just a quick drop by to proclaim to one and all that your book is one of the all time best in its field…you never seem to be boasting and you never whitewash…i have read every book i could find on the subject of these people’s lives and accomplishments so it is hard for me to find something new…in your book , though, even when i have heard of a situation, it has a new slant and more depth…i am very glad to proclaim your acheivement with this book and to be your friend

Hey Chris ! I LOVED your book ! You told your story-and what a story ! with honesty, integerity, humility and humor. You had so many magical, and some not so magical, experiences. Not only did you live to tell about it, you got your amazing son out of it as well.
Thank you so much for sharing your amazing journey !

Hi,
Just a line to tell you we – husband and I, were amazed that you too come from Oklahoma. It is where my husband was born and raised. He attended Putnam City high school. We were a short time in Norman, Okla. during the 1970’s, We lived for many years only a mile away from Leeds Castle. We lived in Bearsted, Kent. We use to attend the 5th Nov. fireworks display some years.
My husband was none to fond of Okla. He was glad to leave. lol
Later we lived in Reston – Va. Nice!
I don’t want to comment on FB anymore due to the small print and I am always worried about it being public.
best wishes
My blog has a talk by one of your friends – lol – (I don’t know him well.)

About your book. Yes it was well written. I liked it. I was never a fan of the beatles as I explained before, but now as old age creeps in, I realize I was so much part of that generation. We all share similar memories. So thanks for the memories.
Memories in winter are like roses…….
